To return a product to Arclyte Technologies, Inc. please request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by completing form below.

Return Policy

 

Arclyte Technologies, Inc. accepts RMAs for battery and AC adapter products that are still within the one (1) year warranty period and 180 day warranty for projector lamps dating from time of product(s) shipment. However, Arclyte Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to reject RMAs if product is found to be physically damaged. Please allow 1-2 business days for RMA number to be generated. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Arclyte Technologies, Inc. on returned items, and Arclyte Technologies, Inc. will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back. Walk-in returns will not be accepted.

If your return merchandise is accepted, we will post a credit to your account within 10 business days from the time that we receive and process the product(s) in our distribution center. Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. If you paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will be able to verify the credit by contacting your credit card company. If you paid for your order with a check, a refund check will be issued within 15 business days from the date the returned product is received by Arclyte Technologies, Inc. receiving department. If you have a terms account, the amount of your return will be credited to your account. Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned. All original equipment, components, manuals, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order to process your RMA.

Arclyte Technologies, Inc. Warranty is limited only to the repair and the replacement of parts and the necessary labor and services required to repair the product. Arclyte Technologies, Inc. will not be liable for incidental consequential or indirect damage, including lost business profits, or lost data.

All packages received without the proper RMA numbers clearly marked on them may be refused and returned to the original sender.
